Four properties in the Wingfield Avenue area of Wilmslow have been targeted by thieves in recent weeks.
On Friday 9 January two burglaries were carried out, one on Wingfield Avenue and another on Wingfield Drive. They both occurred during the late afternoon.
In February two further burglaries were carried out in the same area, one offence occurred on Wingfield Avenue and the other was on Strawberry Lane. These burglaries also occurred late in the afternoon.
DS Mills commented "Our enquiries are still ongoing and we fully understand that these recent crimes will be a concern for local residents. If anybody see's anything suspicious please report this, what may often seem innocuous could turn out to be very useful to us and lead to further crimes being prevented or suspects arrested."
