Once again leading fat loss coach and author of the "Diet Liberation Formula" Greg Johnson sprinkles his wisdom on the ladies of Wilmslow. Greg believes that in order for females to take short cuts on weight loss, they need to have the proper foundations in place, and must understand the harsh truth about reaching their goals.

Support and accountability are the first step for anyone embarking on a transformation journey. Unfortunately, many gyms or training studios don't fully understand the importance of this. Greg ensures his clients stay on track and keep focused.

Nutrition and preparation are also extremely important when it comes to fat loss. In fact, over 80% of fat loss and creating a firm body is directly related to eating in alignment with training. He firmly states that "Dieting and exercise just doesn't cut it, your food and lifestyle plan must be positioned to amplify your training in the gym". Greg makes sure all his clients learn how to manage the time and preparation needed to eat properly.

Most importantly, he works with his members on progressive workouts. Unlike various fitness classes, he can actually track each individual's progress results, train each person in a personalized small group, and post strategy videos.

It's not for everyone but Greg is starting a 28-week transformation program that will provide each person with a full body training plan, including all nutrition, supplement, and protocols. He prides himself on supporting his clients each step of the way until they have achieved their desired results.

The program will take place at a private facility outside of Wilmslow. There will be three sessions each week, with integrated rest days to allow the body to re-energise and adapt to a new routine. You will also follow his speciality nutrition program and cook book.
