A planning application has been submitted for the change of use of a premises in Handforth to enable a takeaway business to open.
The proposal is to change the use of an A1 unit at 20 Plumley Road, which has been used as a café, to create an A5 unit for a hot food takeaway.
The unit is located on the ground floor of a 3 storey building, the first and second floor consists of a duplex flat.
New signage will be proposed for the A5 unit and a separate application will be submitted for this.
The proposed opening times for the A5 unit are from 12pm till 11pm.
