A new store offering tailoring, clothing alterations and repairs is preparing to open on Water Lane.
Wilmslow resident Ferhat Bilgi is hoping that Golden Stitches will be open for business towards the end of the week.
This will be his second branch, with the first Golden Stitches opening in Harrogate four years ago.
Ferhat commented "Whether your clothing requires altering, updating or restyling we can provide the cure and work with all sorts of materials, including leather.
"We can care of your non-wardrobe sewing needs as well, such as curtains and tablecloths. In short we do anything and everything that relates to sewing."
Golden Stitches will be located at Unit 4, Courthill House, Water Lane in the premises previously occupied by Lucy's With Love, which closed in February 2014.
