Sandwich shop granted permission to open cafe

A sandwich shop on Station Road has been granted planning permission to open a cafe.

A change of use for 7 Station Road, from a print shop to a cafe, has been granted which will enable Lite Delights to knock through the adjoining wall with number 5 Station Road, which they currently operate as a sandwich shop.

This will enable them to expand their business by creating a cafe with a seating area where hot and cold food can be consumed on the premises, as well as continuing to provide a takeaway service. The two properties will be linked at ground floor level.

The expansion will result in the creation of 4 new jobs.

The planning application can be viewed of the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 14/1825M.
