LUKE JERRAM'S 'GAIA'

Measuring seven metres in diameter, Gaia features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the Earth's surface. The artwork provides the opportunity to see our planet on this scale, floating in three dimensions.
The installation aims to create a sense of the Overview Effect.

The team are regulars at the Green Man Festival, bluedot, Hong Kong Science Festival, Cheltenham Science Festival and Camp Bestival. Their mission is to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers and to engage the wider public with STEM. Suitable for KS2 +.

TREASURE HUNT

Explore the wonder of Alderley Park as a team. Teams are given one hour to follow a map around the grounds, completing various challenges along the way.
