Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments.
It is anticipated that pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the press and public will be excluded from this part of the meeting on the grounds of the confidential nature of the business.
To make the annual contractual recommendation to the Town Council regarding the pay scale and remuneration of the Town Clerk and of the Assistant Town Clerk and any appropriate amendments to contract.
