Wilmslow Town Council Meeting

To be held at 7.30pm at the United Reformed Church Meeting Rooms on Chapel Lane.

The press and members of the public are welcome to attend.

To receive apologies for absence.
To note Declarations of Members' Interests and if appropriate any member requests for Dispensation under section 33 of the Localism Act 2011.
To consider approval and authorise the signing of the minutes of the meeting dated 20th November 2017.
Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments.
To consider a proposal to develop a new website for the Town Council.
To consider a recommendation from the Finance Committee and approve the budget and precept request for 2018.19.
To receive a report from the Planning Committee and adoption of the latest approved minutes dated 13th & 27th November 2017.
To receive a report from the Finance Committee and adoption of the latest approved minutes dated 23rd October 2017.
To consider any recommendations for expenditure from Council Committees that is beyond budget provision or the Committees' terms of reference.
To note income and expenditure to date.
To receive a report from the Chairman.
To receive a report from the Town Clerk.
To confirm the date of the next meeting as 15 January 2018.

The Chairman would invite all members and members of the public gallery to remain after the meeting and join him for a glass of wine and a mince pie.
