CANCELLED - The Bruntwood Ellipse

Sunday, 25th Sep, 2016 1:06pm

The charity bike ride will set off from Booths Park and is designed for all ages and abilities with three new routes ranging in difficulty.

For more advanced cyclists, the 100 km Ellipse crosses two county borders and tackles some of the highest climbs in the Peak District before returning to the finish line back at Booths Hall. The Mini Ellipse is a 40 km leisurely ride through the Cheshire country lanes and the 15 km Family Ellipse cuts through Knutsford's leafy back lanes and is designed for cyclists of all ages.

For the first time this year there will be timing chips for the Ellipse and Mini Ellipse with a dedicated "King or Queen of the Mountain" section up Artists Lane in Alderley.

The event is all about having fun, keeping fit and making a difference. So Bruntwood is encouraging everyone to sign up for what's set to be a great family day out.

All money raised will be donated to the Bruntwood charity. For more details or to sign up, follow this link.
