I have just booked a holiday with Travel By Design. Being new to the village (just relocated from the North East), it was difficult to know who to book our holiday with. I like to support the local economy and wanted to try and book our holiday with a local agent, so I called into Travel By Design for a chat with the staff.

My husband and I were unsure about where to go on holiday this year and although it took us a while to make our final decision on the location, the staff at Travel By Design were very patient during the decision making process. They priced 2-3 holidays for us and came back to us straight away with the details (as promised). They also seemed knowledgeable about all the locations we had selected and could give informative feedback from other customers' experience. I felt that I was being an awkward customer as we kept changing our mind on where we wanted to go, but nothing is too much trouble for this local agent. I contacted some other agents to compare prices but Travel By Design were as competitive on price and seemed to want to help and clearly have a passion for what they do!

Well done to all who work there! Obviously we haven't been away on the holiday as yet so can't comment on the delivery of the booking, but, hopefully, all will be fine.
