I've been a member at the gym for over 2 years, although I was always more of a 'casual member' and for the first year and a half I think I only actually went a handful of times. Since beginning my training with Paul six months ago, my whole attitude to fitness has changed. I now actually find it enjoyable!! Paul is an exceptional personal trainer who always pushes me to my limits whilst maintaining a great element of fun. I never thought i could even run and now im training for a half marathon!! I couldn't have done any of this without his help and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
