5 Beautiful Briskett
I bought some briskett over the weekend and I have to say thats it's the best joint that I have had in a long time! The taste was noteably different, so full of flavour! Will definately be buying that again!

I have been a long standing customer of Alderley Village Buthers. The quality of meat and service are excellent!
On Saturday I purchased a piece of Rolled Sirlion for Sunday. All I can say is it tasted like meat used to taste. Martin had alerted me to its arrival, as it had been sourced from a local farm, Goose Green Farm. Bravo!!! more of the same please.
4 The best chickens
Quite some time ago we became fed up with tasteless chickens and decided to search the local area for a really good chicken. We discovered the chickens at the Alderley Village Butchers are excellent, they come from a local farm in Wilmslow and given the quality they are pretty good value. We usually pay £5-7 depending on how many we are feeding. I probably shouldn't share this because next time I rush down the butchers at 4.45 on a Saturday, which I do regularly, wanting a chicken for Sunday lunch I might be caught out.
